Why doesn't my Ecig or Vape pen produce enough steam?
Does your vaporizer pen not produce steam or simply does not strike?
Ecigs, or cigalikes, do not produce much steam in the first place. Its hardware design is not strong enough to produce much steam. There really isn't much I can do to increase the amount of steam in an ecig, other than waiting for technology to improve in that kind of "ecigarette."
A vape pen and especially a vape mod, also under the broad category of "ecigarette", will produce a lot of steam for the user. They have a much better hardware (better battery life and better cartomizers / atomizers) to allow a greater volume of steam and, therefore, quenches the desire for nicotine, or it will simply give a vape flavor if you use juice without nicotine.
If you notice that the vaporizer pen is not giving as much steam as it usually does or that your vaporizer pen is not hitting, it could mean that the pen has little juice, has overfilled the tank, the central coil of the atomizer tank is not firing, or your battery is not charged.
Main causes Vape Pen does not produce steam
- The atomizer tank has little E / liquid E juice
- The atomizer tank is overloaded and the liquid is in the central chamber
- E Juice / E Liquid is between the firing pin and the bottom of the atomizer
- The atomizer tank does not fire on the coil
- The vaporizer pen is not loaded
The atomizer tank has little juice E / liquid E (fill the tank with more liquid E)
If your vaporizer pen doesn't hit, this is a fairly simple solution and can allow your vaporizer pen to produce more steam if you simply add more E Juice or E Liquid to your atomizer, cartomizer or clearomizer tank.
The atomizer tank has been overfilled and the liquid is in the central chamber (clean the central chamber with a napkin)
Excessive filling of the vaping pen can cause battery damage due to leaks and can cause you to put juice in your mouth, which you don't want to do, so be careful when filling your vaping pen and this will allow your pen to vape Hits better. Do not fill it beyond the maximum fill line, which is usually the last milliliter line. You will get a better idea of how much to fill your vape pen and when to refill it, the more experience you get. If E Liquid is in the central chamber, separate your atomizer (Atty) and clean the central chamber or tube, depending on the tank you have, with a paper towel. A simple way to clean the central chamber is with a very tight rolled paper towel, slide the paper towel through the central chamber or tube and slide it back and the fourth until it is clean. Once you clean the central chamber, make sure that no juice E or liquid E touches the firing pin.
If you have overfilled your atomizer, cartomizer or clearomizer tank, the ejuice may drip into the bottom of the atomizer coil. Once the E Juice or ELiquid drips into the bottom of your atomizer, they will seep into the battery striker. To solve this problem, unscrew the battery from the atomizer tank and clean both the trigger coil of the bottom of the atomizer tank and the battery pin. If you take a paper towel or a Q tip and clean the spray tank, let it stand and dry for another 5 minutes before screwing it back to the battery. The same goes for cleaning the battery firing pin. A precaution to be taken when cleaning the battery firing pin is not to push too hard, as it can push the firing pin in, as far as it can get stuck and, therefore, the atomizer tank will not make contact against the atomizer coil, and no vape
The atomizer tank does not fire on the coil (make sure that the atomizer tank coil is touching the battery pen)
A fairly common and frustrating problem with vaping pens may be that the battery striker is not touching the metal part at the bottom of its atomizer, cartomizer or clearomizer tank. The battery needs to make contact with the metal part of the tank so that it can heat the electronic juice. To solve this problem, you can take a small screwdriver (flat head) and remove the firing pin from the battery. Move around the head of the battery striker until the entire bolt comes out of the break so far. This happens when you screw your atomizer tank, cartomizer or clearomizer too far or too hard. Once the firing pin comes out of its socket, screw on your atty tank again. You really only need to screw your tank so that it only touches the firing pin, so be careful not to screw the battery into the tank too much, as this can cause the pin to get stuck as before.
The vaporizer pen is not charged (charge the battery)
This could simply be because your battery is too low to convert e juice into steam at a normal rate. Charge your battery if you suspect it is low.
